Rampage Jackson Claims He’s Getting Death Threats Over Son Raja’s Attack on Wrestler Syko Stu

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson says things have taken an ugly turn since his son Raja Jackson was involved in a violent real-life incident at a pro wrestling show—and now the UFC legend claims he’s receiving death threats.

Rampage was spotted at LAX on Monday night where he briefly addressed the situation involving Raja and independent wrestler Syko Stu. The MMA icon told reporters that the backlash online has been overwhelming.

“There’s a lot of racist people giving me death threats and stuff like that,” Rampage said outside the airport.

He added that many are targeting his parenting as well.

“A lot of people calling me a bad father… It’s uncalled for.”

Rampage didn’t elaborate much more, stating:

“Anything I say gets twisted.”

The backlash stems from an incident that occurred Saturday night in Los Angeles at a KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy event. Prior to the show starting, Syko Stu (real name Stuart Smith) reportedly struck Raja with an empty beer can. Raja later entered the ring in what was said to be a planned segment—but things went way off script.

Once inside, Raja legitimately knocked Syko Stu out and continued to unload punches on him, leaving him seriously injured. Stu was rushed to the hospital with what his brother described as “severe injuries to his head.”

Thankfully, by Monday night, Stu’s brother confirmed he was “conscious and able to talk.” A GoFundMe campaign to help cover his medical costs has raised over $60,000.

The violent footage has split fans online. WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry even commented on the ordeal, partially blaming Syko Stu for initiating the sequence that led to the brutal outcome.

As of now, the LAPD is actively investigating the incident. No arrests have been made.
