Sofia Cromwell Debuts During NXT 2.0 This Week

WWE has really stepped up their game to build new stars, thanks to their reimagining of NXT. Vince McMahon’s developmental brand is now the home of future main eventers, Hollywood heartthrobs, and other celebrities in the making.

Another future starlet made her debut tonight on NXT 2.0. Sofia Cromwell appeared on NXT during a backstage segment between Fallon Henley, Brooks and Jensen.

The commentary team even namedropped her during the two-on-three mixed tag match. For those not in the know, Sofia Cromwell is the ring name of Sydney Zmrzel. She was at the 2021 Las Vegas tryouts.

The Arizona native cheered for the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams and the NBA’s Phoenix Suns prior to signing with WWE. She appeared in a backstage segment with Grayson Waller on the October 12, 2021 NXT show, and again in the backstage Halloween party segment at Halloween Havoc.
