Cash Wheeler was busted open in a big way during FTR’s match against Santana and Ortiz this week on AEW Dynamite. We have an update on the Pinnacle member’s condition after the big match in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Wheeler was taken out of the match so ringside staff could tend to his bloody injury. Then Dax Harwood finished things out and won the match for FTR.

According to PW Insider, Wheeler will be okay. He was taken to the back and fixed up. There is no word at this time whether he will miss any time from the ring. Hopefully, he heals up fast.

That injury took place when Wheeler was shoved off the ropes and his arm hit the metal ring post between the turnbuckles. He was sliced open and “it was a completely freak thing.”

We’re wishing Cash Wheeler the best as he his arm heals. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more updates.
