WWE Japan’s Official Website Closing Very Soon

By | September 22, 2021

For well over a year now WWE has released well over one hundred members of staff and also Superstars along with them. The company went through a lot of changes and that means disbanding of various divisions as well.

As reported earlier, WWE disbanded their Japanese division, in a move that certainly took many people by surprise. They fired more than 100 employees with the disbandment.

It was also reported that due to the company disbanding their Japanese division, the company will no longer be touring in Japan for the foreseeable future. The reason for all this was due to NXT’s focus on the US and that the idea of running NXT branches all over is less of a priority.

The official website for WWE Japan officially announced that it will be closing on September 24th and due to that, even contact points for inquiries in Japanese will also be closed.

As of September 24th, the WWE Japan official website (wwe.co.jp) will be closed. We will continue to deliver WWE information in Japanese from the following SNS accounts.

WWE Japanese Official Twitter

WWE Japanese Official Instagram

WWE Japanese Official Facebook

As a result, the contact point for inquiries in Japanese will also be closed. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and understanding.

Thank you for your patronage over the years.

We look forward to your continued enjoyment of WWE.

Many fans feel NXT’s new direction is a few steps backwards as far as the development of the brand is concerned. Ultimately WWE will do what they want to and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.
