WWE Reportedly Booked Around COVID-19 Outbreak On RAW

By | April 20, 2021

WWE presented another episode of RAW this week, but it was apparent that they didn’t have the entire roster available for them again. This brought more attention to the possibility that they are dealing with another COVID-19 outbreak in the company.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer mentioned that there was another outbreak in WWE, but the company isn’t talking about it. He said that was part of the short-handed aspect of tonight’s show as well.

“We did [have another outbreak] I mean, there was. That was part of it. I don’t know who it was, because they won’t tell you, but there was.”

It was pretty apparent that WWE was short-handed this week again. They didn’t use a ton of Superstars and a few members of the red brand were not seen. WWE doesn’t reveal information about positive COVID-19 cases unless there is a very special circumstance. Hopefully, anyone dealing with COVID-19 in the company will have a clean bill of health very soon.
