Nuggets guard Jamal Murray has yet to play in a game this season as he continues to recover from a torn ACL suffered near the end of last season. It’s still unknown if Murray will play at all this season, but the Nuggets have yet to rule him out.
In early March, Mike Singer of The Denver Post reported that while “no return is assured” for Murray, league sources said that his chances of a return at the time were “50-50.” More recently, Nuggets head coach Michael Malone said “let’s leave all options on the table and see what happens on a day-to-day basis.”
With that in mind, will Murray play against the Lakers on Sunday? Here’s the latest on his availability.

Is Jamal Murray playing today vs. Lakers?
The Nuggets have ruled Murray (left knee injury recovery) out against the Lakers.
Some good news: Malone said the day prior that Murray is “getting better every day” and mentioned that they’re not shutting him down.
“He’s making great progress,” Malone continued. “But I can’t sit here and say that he’s going to play in any of the last four games. But I also can’t say that he won’t.”
