The FA Cup Fifth Round brings 16 teams a step closer to the final at Wembley Stadium on June 3 with Premier League and EFL sides doing battle.
The draw set up some compelling matchups with defending Premier League champions Manchester City traveling to face Bristol City, while Manchester United will host West Ham United in what is the only all-Premier League fixture of the round.
Otherwise, the draw has set up battles between the top-flight Premier League and the lower leagues, with one lower-league team guaranteed to reach the quarterfinals: Ipswich Town, Burnley, Sheffield Wednesdsay, or Fleetwood Town.
There are six replays left to be played from the previous round and those will take place the week of February 6. Of course, defending FA Cup holders Liverpool are not here after falling to Brighton on the south coast in the Fourth Round.
Here’s all you need to know about the draw for the Fifth Round of the FA Cup following the draw held on January 30 (Premier League clubs highlighted in bold).

The FA Cup Fifth Round features 16 teams from across the Premier League and the EFL pyramid, all bidding for a place in the quarterfinals.
The draw took place on Monday, January 30, shortly before the final match of the Fourth Round between Derby County and West Ham.
It took place during BBC One’s The One Show which began at 7 p.m. GMT / 2 p.m. ET. Coverage of the draw was also shown on the FA Cup YouTube channel and social media channels.
Teams in FA Cup 5th Round
The 16 teams that survive the FA Cup Fourth Round will go into the draw for the Round of 16.
Each Fourth Round winner has already been assigned a ball number for purposes of the draw. Manchester City, Leeds United and Leicester City were the first teams to advance, all hailing from the Premier League while Manchester United joined them after beating Reading.
National League side Wrexham were in the hat after they drew 3-3 at home to Sheffield United, forcing a replay which promises to be another cracker.
The Fifth Round draw took place before the replays have been held for the six matchups that finished level after 90 minutes. Those replays will be scheduled between February 7-8.

When is the FA Cup 5th Round?
The FA announced at the start of the season that the 2022/23 FA Cup Fifth Round will commence the week of Feb. 27, 2023, with the draw taking place on Monday, January 30.
The change to a midweek fixture window for the tournament’s Round of 16 is required due to a backlog of domestic matches following the 2022 World Cup.
BBC and ITV hold the rights to televise matches in the UK, with the eight games expected to be spread across four days.
Are there replays in the FA Cup 5th Round?
The fifth round of the 2022/23 FA Cup does not include replays. It is the first stage of the tournament that does not carry the option of a replay for drawn matches.
The FA has come under criticism over its insistence to keep replays in earlier rounds, with plans in place to remove them in future tournaments.
Replays have slowly been phased out of the FA Cup. They were previously scrapped for the FA Cup Fifth Round in 2018/19, for the quarter-finals in 2016/17, for semi-finals in 1999/2000 and for the final in 1998/99.
