Michigan high school softball semifinals: Schedule, how to watch

It’s now the semifinal round for high school softball in the state of Michigan.

The Michigan High School Athletic Association is holding the softball quarterfinals for all divisions Thursday and Friday, with all games taking place at Secchia Stadium in East Lansing on the Michigan State University campus. That will also serve as the site for Saturday’s title games.

All semifinal games will be aired via the NFHS Network.

All MHSAA semifinal games Thursday and Friday will air live on the NFHS Network. You can subscribe to the NFHS Network on a monthly basis or an annual subscription.

MHSAA softball start times

•.  Division 1 Semifinal Date: Thursday, June 12

•.  Division 1 Semifinal Times: 3 p.m., 5:30 p.m. ET/Noon, 2:30 p.m. PT

•.  Division 2 Semifinal Date: Thursday, June 12

•.  Division 2 Semifinal Times: 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. ET/7 a.m., 9:30 a.m. PT

•.  Division 3 Semifinal Date: Friday, June 13

•.  Division 3 Semifinal Times: 3 p.m., 5:30 p.m. ET/Noon, 2:30 p.m. PT

•.  Division 4 Semifinal Date: Friday, June 13

•.  Division 4 Semifinal Times: 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. ET/7 a.m., 9:30 a.m. PT

The first pitch for the Division 1 semifinals Thursday will be at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET, and the first pitch for the Division 2 semifinals Thursday will be at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. ET. The first pitch for the Division 3 semifinals Friday will be at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET, and the first pitch for the Division 4 semifinals Friday will be at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. ET. All games will take place in East Lansing at Secchia Stadium on the Michigan State University campus.

MHSAA semifinal overview

In the Division 1 semifinals Thursday, Utica Ford will face South Lyon at 3 p.m. ET, and that will be followed at 5:30 p.m. ET by Hudsonville going up against Saline. The winners will play at 12:30 p.m. ET on Saturday for the Division 1 title.

Division 2 semifinal action begins at 10 a.m. ET Thursday with Carleton Airport taking on Paw Paw, followed at 12:30 p.m. ET with Escanaba facing Richmond. Those winners will play at 10 a.m. on Saturday for the Division 2 championship.

On Friday, Division 3 semifinal contests start at 3 p.m. ET with Grass Lake taking on Algonac, followed at 5:30 p.m. ET with Clare going up against Ravenna. The Division 3 title game takes place at 5:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.

Division 4 semifinals start at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday with Saginaw Michigan Lutheran Seminary facing Unionville-Sebewaing. Then at 12:30 p.m. ET, Mendon takes on Hillman, with the semifinal winners moving on to the Division 4 title game at 3 p.m. ET on Saturday.
