Due to the first season’s pop culture impact, it inspired a few studios and networks to try their hand at adapting the true crime story into a limited series. There are currently two Tiger King projects in development which are a Peacock limited series starring Kate McKinnon as Carole Baskin, and a potential Netflix limited series from Ryan Murphy, with Rob Lowe set as Joe Exotic.
