LIMITED EDITION LAUNCHES ‘DOUBLE-EXPOSURE’ VARIANTS WITH MARVEL’S VENOM #1 IN OCTOBER.

UK based retailer, LIMITED EDITION will be releasing a brand new style of variant cover for Marvel’s forthcoming VENOM #1, that will feature a printing technique that allows the viewer to see not only an amazing Venom cover by Junggeun Yoon, but with the enhancement of regular 3D glasses, two other images.

The ‘Double-Exposure’ Editions will have the whole industry talking and according to Limited Edition’s Richard Emms, is “something very unique and outstanding.”

“We really like to do things differently here at Limited Edition”, continued Emms, “and our love for concepts, street art and design has really made us think outside of the box on this one.

This eye-catching cover is a homage to a very talented street artist named ‘Insane51’, whose art can be seen in galleries and walls all over the world. Limited Edition will continue to search for more exciting art-avenues to bring to the world of comic books and the team here are discussing what our next move will be.”

VENOM #1 – Double-Exposure Edition will go on sale on September 27th on Limited Edition’s website. The company has also just signed on with Marvel to produce a HULK #1 Double-Exposure Edition, due to be released in November 2021. Both trade dress and virgin covers will be available.
