The San Francisco 49ers have an injury concern with wide receiver Ricky Pearsall in the first half of the Week 15 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Pearsall was shaken up on the 49ers’ very first offensive series of the game. He was able to leave the field under his own power, but limped off.
