Flanagan and Fong worked together on The Haunting of Bly Manor, the follow-up to the 41-year-old writer/director’s adaptation of Shirley Jackson’s novel The Haunting of Hill House. Fong will be executive producing the series alongside Julia Bicknell and Flanagan & Trevor Macy through their Intrepid Pictures banner, which has an overall creative deal with the streaming service. It’s been previously reported that the show will incorporate other novels from Pike’s bibliography.
