Joey Ryan Files Another Multi Million Dollar Lawsuit

Joey Ryan was called out by several people in the #SpeakingOut movement. He denied all allegations against him and says he has proof of his innocence. Ryan sued several of his accusers with a multi-million dollar lawsuit and Impact Wrestling for breach of contract, and he has filed another.

Joey Ryan has filed another defamation lawsuit. He is seeking upwards of $15 million once again. He filed this lawsuit on October 20th according to Heel By Nature.

This new lawsuit filed against a man in Pennsylvania contains several claims such as emotional distress, libel, false light, and intentional interference with prospective economic advance. PW Insider revealed the target of Ryan’s new lawsuit as Ring of Honor wrestler Pelle Primeau.

Joey Ryan is suing him over several Twitter posts he made about the #SpeakingOut allegations against Ryan.

This new lawsuit also cites how much lost wages Ryan suffered as a result of the #SpeakingOut movement.

$500 per month from Cameo video messages, $1,000 per month in merchandising revenue, $1,000 per month plus additional tips and “subscription shares” from his Twitch account, losses of $1,500 a month from his Bar Wrestling promotion no longer receiving streaming and distribution earnings, $2,000 in losses per month from Bar Wrestling events, $3,000 per month in loss of revenue from his Patreon account, and losses of $8,000-$10,000 per month in lost wrestling bookings. 

Joey Ryan’s new lawsuit also mentioned losing three venues for Bar Wrestling. His substantial loss in social media followers was mentioned as well. He is no longer gaining around 1,000 followers a month as he previously was prior to the allegations.
