The Good Brothers Claim They Have No Bitterness Towards WWE After Exit

By | January 14, 2021

Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows’ run in WWE was largely criticized by fans, as many felt they simply weren’t booked properly. The Good Brothers themselves were unhappy with their time in WWE and eventually were released by the company as part of the COVID-19 budget cuts. The Good Brothers went on to sign with Impact Wrestling and eventually won the Impact Tag Team Championships.

While being interviewed by Sports Illustrated, Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows talked about their WWE departure. Anderson revealed that they had a loss in confidence during their run in WWE, but they have since then regained it by leaving the company.

“I hate to admit this, but I think there was a point in WWE where we had a loss of confidence. But I can promise you that the confidence is back. We needed to get out of that environment to remind ourselves who we really are and what we can be. Right now, we’re on top of our game. It feels that way to us, and hopefully, it shows.

The Good Brothers are set to partner with Kenny Omega and take on Rich Swann and The Motor City Machine Guns at Impact Wrestling’s Hard To Kill pay-per-view on January 16th.
