WWE SmackDown airs tonight, November 28, 2025, from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, in a taped edition of the blue brand. With Survivor Series just one night away, WWE is getting a jump on the action by airing the traditional Survivor Series 5-on-5 elimination match on SmackDown instead of the Premium Live Event. Add in tournament drama, title tension, and a few Black Friday surprises, and this go-home episode is set to deliver.

The show begins at 8:00 PM ET on the USA Network, with international viewers able to stream the show via Netflix. Ringside News will provide full, match-by-match live updates and key moments as the night unfolds. Refresh this page often and sound off in the comments below!

WWE SmackDown Results (11/28/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

SmackDown began with a video recap of last week’s women’s WarGames storyline and the follow-up from Raw. Joe Tessitore and Corey Graves welcomed viewers as backstage shots showed Asuka, Charlotte Flair, and Team MFT.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley caught up with LA Knight. He was frustrated to hear he’d be facing another mystery opponent but kept it cool, saying he knew she was just the messenger—and even gave a shoutout to her mom in the crowd.

Jey Uso vs. Rusev

Jey Uso then made his entrance through the audience. Ring announcer Mark Nash introduced Jey Uso as he made his way to ringside, slapping hands with the commentary team along the way. Inside the ring, Jey hyped up the crowd. Corey Graves noted that while it looks fun on TV, experiencing Jey’s entrance live is something else.

Rusev then made his entrance from the stage. As he walked out, he looked into the camera and said he was coming for John Cena. Michael Cole noted that the winner of this match would face the winner of LA Knight vs. the mystery opponent in a semifinal match on Raw. Rusev took control early as the match headed into a commercial break.

Back from the break, Rusev had Jey Uso locked in a bear hug, but Jey broke free with headbutts and right hands. He attempted to lift Rusev but couldn’t get him up. Rusev went for the Accolade, but Jey escaped and sent him to the outside. Jey followed with a suicide dive and rolled Rusev back into the ring, hitting a Samoan Drop for a two-count. Jey followed with a spear for another nearfall. Rusev responded with the Machka Kick and nearly scored the win. He locked in the Accolade again, but Jey reached the ropes. Rusev mocked John Cena’s taunt before Jey countered with an elbow, hit another spear, and finished with the Uso Splash from the top rope to win the match.

Winner: Jey Uso

Backstage, The Miz met with Nick Aldis and asked to be reinserted into the tournament. Aldis explained the next opponent had to be drawn at random. Before the draw could be completed, R-Truth interrupted with his own raffle balls, but Aldis insisted on using his own. After Truth left, Aldis pulled a name, revealing The Miz as the selected entrant. Miz celebrated and walked off, while Truth returned to joke about the situation.

Cathy Kelley interviewed Damian Priest, who said his eye was healed and that he was ready to deal with Aleister Black. He addressed the strange tactics from Black and Zelina Vega, calling them unnecessary. Zelina appeared and reminded Priest how easily they got to him, referencing the previous attack that burned his face. In the background, Aleister Black could be seen watching.

Rhea Ripley then entered and asked Black if he was ready for WarGames. She said she needed to motivate Charlotte Flair but planned to return and share an idea with him. Black told her she knew where to find him before walking away. The segment ended heading into another commercial break.

Chelsea Green’s Celebration

Chelsea Green made her entrance alongside Secret Hervice for a special in-ring celebration. The ring was decorated with the flags of Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Chelsea declared that she was not only there to be crowned and applauded but to begin her second term as the United States Women’s Champion—claiming to be the first and fourth two-time holder of the title.

She declared herself the greatest Women’s Champion in the history of WWE, the United States, and all of North America. Chelsea then invited the crowd to join her in raising their voices and flags for a grand pyro display in her honor. As she began a countdown, the moment was interrupted.

WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill stormed down to the ring and immediately took out Alba Fyre with a big boot. Chelsea attempted to escape but was caught by Cargill, who delivered the Jaded before standing tall. As Cargill’s music played, she exited up the ramp, and the pyro originally meant for Chelsea’s celebration fired off behind her.

Backstage, Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair were shown talking when Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY entered the room. Flair confidently said she planned to tear Asuka apart. AJ Lee then walked in and told the group she believed they would win at WarGames. After she left, the others agreed they liked her.

Commercial Break

After the break, Cathy Kelley caught up with Jade Cargill and asked why she attacked Chelsea Green and Alba Fyre. Jade said she has a problem with anyone who talks too much and made it clear that her actions were a warning to the rest of the women’s locker room. As she walked off, she passed B-Fab and questioned if she had anything to say. B-Fab stayed silent. Michin then appeared and said she might need to have a word with Jade.

Back in the arena, The Miz made his entrance for the next match.

The last time is now tournament – The Miz vs. LA Knight

The match began with LA Knight landing a series of right hands and a clothesline, followed by stomps in the corner. As Knight stepped onto the apron, The Miz caught him with kicks and followed by slamming Knight’s face onto the ring apron, then hit a knee to the face. Back in the ring, Miz attempted to whip Knight, but Knight countered with a spinning neckbreaker. Knight charged at Miz, but Miz tossed him over the top rope and sent him crashing to the floor. On the outside, Miz threw Knight into the barricade as the show went to a commercial break.

Back from the break, LA Knight shifted momentum with a back suplex, followed by a clothesline and Russian leg sweep. He landed a neckbreaker and went for the cover, but The Miz kicked out. Knight charged again, only for Miz to catch him with a boot to the face. Miz climbed the ropes, but Knight met him at the top and delivered a superplex. Another pin attempt followed, but Miz again kicked out.

Miz responded with a kick to the gut and hit a DDT for a nearfall. He attempted the Skull Crushing Finale, but Knight reversed into an inverted DDT. Knight went to the top rope, but as he leapt, Miz caught him and connected with the Skull Crushing Finale. LA Knight managed to kick out at two.

Frustrated, Miz locked in the STF, but Knight reached the ropes. Miz tried to capitalize, but Knight shoved him away. On the apron, Miz raked Knight’s eyes, then rolled back into the ring for a cover with his feet on the ropes. The referee noticed and stopped the count, prompting an argument. As Miz turned back to Knight, he was met with the BFT. Knight made the cover and scored the win.

Winner: LA Knight

Backstage, Becky Lynch gathered her WarGames teammates—Lash Legend, Nia Jax, Asuka, and Kairi Sane. She reminded them that she holds a perfect record inside WarGames and insisted they follow her lead when the match begins. Nia interrupted, saying tonight wasn’t about Becky but about Asuka defeating Charlotte Flair to gain the advantage. Asuka confidently stated that the last time she faced Flair, she took her out of action for a full year. The team celebrated their unity heading into the night’s main event. Commercial break.
