WWE is giving their Superstars the Christmas Holiday off, but are they getting the same treatment for New Year’s?

Ringside News reported that SmackDown Superstars are getting Christmas Day off. They will either tape on the 22nd or the 23rd to air that Friday on the 25th. The company is not giving them the same luxury for New Year’s
POST Wrestling reports that SmackDown will return with a live show on Friday, January 1st. That is New Year’s Day so we’ll have to see what kind of audience they garner on FOX.
WWE is airing SmackDown on FS1 next week, but they have a couple good matches already announced for the show.
