The Los Angeles Angels lost a slugfest in New York on Monday, losing to the Yankees 11-10. The game saw outfielders and three-time MVPs Aaron Judge and Mike Trout hit home runs each, marking the second time in MLB history. The first time was June 21, 1956, when Stan Musial and Roy Campanella each hit two homers, per OptaSTATS.
In the loss, the Angels’ bullpen took down 4.2 innings, with right-handers Shaun Anderson and Jordan Romano combining to give up seven earned runs. Given that the bullpen was taxed, the Angels are bringing up an arm from Triple-A to take down some innings on Tuesday.

A native of Verona, Italy, Aldegheri was a part of the Carlos Estevez trade. Estevez would go to the Philadelphia Phillies in exchange for Aldegheri and right-hander George Klassen. Klassen started on April 11 for the Angels before he got optioned back down to Salt Lake.
Left-hander Reid Detmers will start for the Angels on Tuesday, with Aldegheri available out of the bullpen.
