If you choose to tell Adler the truth at the end of Identity Crisis, and complete The Final Countdown, destroying Perseus’ base before Project Greenlight can be activated.

This foils Perseus’ plans and stops the nukes from detonating, saving the lives of millions.

Adler will accompany Bell to a second location after the mission is complete, asking Bell to make one final sacrifice before turning his weapon on them.

If you choose to lie to Adler at the end of Identity Crisis, but you don’t use the radio to coordinate an ambush for Adler’s team (either because you choose not to, or because you hadn’t unlocked the back section of the Safehouse yet), Bell will accompany the team to Duga.

Unfortunately, with no Perseus reinforcements to back Bell up, the player will be killed by Adler after confessing to sending the team to the wrong location on purpose.

If you choose to lie to Adler at the end of Identity Crisis, and you use the radio in the locked section of the Safehouse immediately afterwards, you’ll set up a Perseus ambush for Adler’s team.

During Ashes to Ashes, when Woods confronts Bell about lying, you’ll have an additional dialogue option, telling Adler he shouldn’t have crossed you.

After Perseus reinforcements show up, Bell will kill Adler and his team. The man known as “Perseus” will then call the base and call for the nukes to be prepared before handing the radio to Bell.

Bell will then call for the nukes to be detonated and leave with Perseus.
