Night City offers several opportunities for V to have purely sexual relationships. There are not full romances like the ones V can have with four characters above.
First off, let’s get something clear: if you’re looking for how to watch BDs, you know, the erotic ones, V cannot use them. You can buy erotic Braindances from sex shops and find them around Night City, but there’s a line in the description that says it’s incompatible with V. It’ll only show up in your inventory as junk, so you’re better off saving your credits for something else.
However, V can pay sex workers, Joytoys, for their services. The service costs $100 and, when you pay, you’ll get a sex scene that varies based on the Joytoy.
The first two you’ll encounter are at Jig-Jig Street in Westbrook. Their locations are marked on the map with a lips symbol.

A Date with Meredith Stout
While not a “true” romance character, you can hook up with Meredith Stout if you side with her in the mission The Pickup.
For this to happen, you must decide to meet with Meredith Stout before going to meet the Maelstrom gang, and not tell them about Militech’s plans. Once you get the spider drone and defeat the Maelstrom gang, leave the warehouse and talk to Meredith, and she’ll imply she may have use for you in the future.
After Act 2 begins, you’ll eventually get a message from Meredith after many in-game hours have passed. The text will only state that officially “we don’t know each other”. However, you have the chance to flirt and respond to the text.
Regardless if V is male of female, Meredith will instantly send you the coordinates of a room at the No-Tell Motel (where you met Dex at the end of Act 1), and start the side mission, Venus in Furs.
Head to the coordinates at the motel and enter through the back gate, and then go down the first floor hallway to the room only unlocked room on the right.
Meredith will be waiting for you, and you’ll be able to initiate a one-night stand, but you won’t be able to contact her for repeated encounters.
Do note that after the sexual encounter concludes, you can check the bed for a very powerful iconic blunt weapon: a dildo called Sir John Phallustiff, which can deal a surprising amount of damage, and can be upgraded.
Please Note: If you are playing Cyberpunk 2077 in a censored mode, the game will swap out the offensive item for something a bit more tasteful – an electrified stun baton, however it will only be a regular uncommon weapon, and not iconic.
