Triple H Puts Over WWE NXT Superstar Following His Debut

By | December 17, 2020

This week’s episode of NXT would see the debut of NXT Superstar Tyler Rust. In his first singles match for the company, he squared off against Tommaso Ciampa.

Rust certainly impressed fans and wrestlers alike with his showing against the veteran Ciampa. During the match, Timothy Thatcher came out to interfere in the match. Ciampa beat on Rust while he was also taunting Thatcher.

Despite Rust’s best efforts, he was unable to defeat Ciampa. Following the match, Ciampa and Thatcher argued until they were separated by WWE officials.

It was then seen that Malcolm Bivens was at ringside and he kept on telling Rust that he is a star. It seems they Bivens might be managing Rust soon enough.

Triple H was definitely elated at Rust’s performance in his debut match. He took to Twitter and put over the NXT Superstar. Here is what he said:

“To hold your own in an @WWENXT ring against @NXTCiampa is no easy task …. @TylerRust_WWE had a star-making performance. First of what will be many… #WeAreNXT #WWENXT,”

We will have to see what is next in store for Tyler Rust.
